The BSB USA Manufacturing Process

Every spacer we build starts with U.S.-sourced billet aluminum and goes through a precision process from design to final packaging — all under one roof.

Step 1: Design (Engineered First)

Every spacer starts in CAD, designed in-house for exact hub and bolt pattern fitment across truck, street, and race applications.

Step 2: Raw Aluminum (Billet In)

We use U.S.-sourced billet aluminum, chosen for its strength and machinability.
